What we collect
When you fill in a form (valuation, interest in a property or contact), we receive the details you provide: name, phone, email, address and any message.
Purpose and legal basis
The details are used only to answer and follow up your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and steps prior to entering into an agreement (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Storage and deletion
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to follow them up and then deleted — unless we are legally required to keep them (for example under the Norwegian Estate Agency Act or the Anti-Money Laundering Act).
Cookies
This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies and no third-party analytics. The site records an anonymous count of page views. Links to eiendomsmegler1.no, FINN, bidding and viewing registration open services with their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us at jeren@em1sr.no. You may also complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
